21 NCAC 06G .0106         INSTRUCTOR APPLICATION

To become a registered barber instructor an applicant shall furnish the Board with the Form BAR-6 as set forth in 21 NCAC 06N .0107 and pay the fee in 21 NCAC 06N .0101(a)(11).
